Is Syria an example of Obama, Kerry and Democratic Hypocracy?

The Democratic Party and Liberals in general were against the invasion in Iraq.  Saying there was no reason to go to war in Iraq.  But at the same time there was plenty of Evidence stating that Saddam and Iraq had WMD's including evidence that Saddam used WMD's against his own people.

But yet the Democrats accused GWB of playing politics and only wanting to invade Iraq for its oil.  But the question here is what advantage do we get by attacking one of the last remaining secular governments in the region?  Syria has no oil nor is there any real economic advantage to getting involved in the Civil War.

I mean the only people to get any benefit to us attacking the Syrian government are the Rebels.  And guess who the rebels are?  Ah yes Islamic Fanatics with backing and Support for Al Quaeda.  Our old enemies.

Note as well that there is no real proof that the Syrian Government actually made the WMD attack.  Shoot the Liberals knowing there fanaticism and willingness to sacrifice women and children for their gain, could easily have attacked their own people.

A few days ago ABC News had a report on the Syrian Rebels and at the end of the report the Rebels ran off Screaming Allah Akbar!!!! meaning of Course God is Greatest, and yes that phrase alone seems innocent enough, but considering that our enemies, Al Qaeda screamed that on 911 and on countless other occasions.  Since there is a strong tie between the Rebels and Al Qaeda I am guessing there is no coincidence that both use that phrase.  Note as well Apparently the Rebels are now going after Christians in the area.

Syrian rebels seize control of Christian village

The battle over Maaloula, an ancient village that is home to two of the oldest surviving monasteries in Syria, has thrown a spotlight on the deep-seated fears that many of Syria's religious minorities harbor about the growing role of Islamic extremists on the rebel side in the civil war against President Bashar Assad's regime.
The prominence of al-Qaida-linked fighters has factored into the reluctance of Western powers to provide direct military support to the rebels. It has also figured in the debate underway in the U.S. Congress over whether to launch military strikes against Syria in retaliation for an alleged chemical weapons attack last month.

The reality is that Everyone knew Saddam was a bad man.  Saddam himself admitted to having WMD's before stating he did not have them.

But here and now there is no real proof if the Syrian Government did attack its own people or even who the good guys are in this conflict.  There is a good chance both sides are bad and if so We, Americans should not get involved.

No matter how much Obama and Kerry want this.
